The workshop manual for the 3.4 V6 engine - 5VZ-FE is in English and in pdf format so I can send it to you.

The owners manual is in Japanese.

I have had a V6 for 7 years. No probvlem getting all the normal service items. A good local independent garage should have no problem servicing it. My fridge works via the leisure battery and while driving the leisure battery is being re-charged from the alternator. Don't think anyone sets them up to work directly from the car battery.
