I would try looking for a scrap 4wd to try them, if not available I am pretty sure that any spring manufacturer would need a sample spring to make them, or try Toyota they should be able to source them for you, at what price though I don't know, they might surprise you.

Might be worth looking to see if a 4wd rear spring will fit, I do know that they are stiffer and higher than the 2wd and they look the same in all other ways.

There seems to be loads of spare space in front of the original fuel tank, I would consider putting your LPG tank there and refitting your spare in its original position.
