I would try looking for a scrap 4wd to try them, if not available I am pretty sure that any spring manufacturer would need a sample spring to make them, or try Toyota they should be able to source them for you, at what price though I don't know, they might surprise you.

Might be worth looking to see if a 4wd rear spring will fit, I do know that they are stiffer and higher than the 2wd and they look the same in all other ways.
