Hi Pipdel,
welcome to the forum!

How easy is it to remove the control panel? Mine works but he display is playing up (random unreadable symbols) and there is a s/h unit on Ebay that I thought I'd try swapping out.

Air Con lcd display fault

My lcd display has become faulty - the A/C controls all work correctly but the display shows random characters so it's impossible to see the temperature. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thought I'd try one of these gizmos to make changing the oil quicker & easier, just thought I'd post this as a 'heads up' in case anyone else was thinking of trying one of these pumps; http://www.amazon.co.uk/Alpin-72539-Change-Suction-Pump/dp/B0047N08GW/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&q...

Do you have an immobiliser fitted?

I have on my van - it kicks in after about 30 secs if I haven't started the van.

Might be an idea to buy one of these, a bit pricey but will save you having to call out breakdown if this is an ongoing problem; http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004M3V8X4/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_7?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51aLkfLPm%2BL._SY450_.j...

Re: Insurance needed for 1996 Granvia 3L Diesel

I think you need to give the 'specialists' a try rather than the big names you've tried so far.

Have a look at the list on the BongoFury site;
