Moon roof sorted..., the rubber seal was just stuck to the metalwork. Easy fix which I've put on the BB

Yes.. I think you may have the same problem I had.

The clicking noise can still be heard if the moon roof is closed and you press the button to close it. Same if it is fully open and you try to open it 'more'.

I guess it is a cut off switch of some kind.
