Re: Tow Bar and Rear Exhaust Box
Just as an update, after a few visits to exhaust centres they said they had no slack to move the box away from the tow bar bracket. So I had a stainless steel exhaust fitted so it would be made to measure to miss the bracket. When finished they had not actually fitted a back box at all so all I have...

Tow Bar and Rear Exhaust Box
I had a towbar fitted recently but it's touching the rear exhaust box and the noise is unacceptable. The fitter is saying the rear box is non standard as the towbar is a standard hiace part. I'm taking it to an exhaust centre to see if they can do anything but just wondering if anyone has had this i...

Nearside Wind Deflector
My nearside door wind deflector has fallen off so I'm looking to replace it. I have tried BBC and Wellshouse but with no luck. Just wondering if anybody has a spare sat around looking for a new home? I have a 3ltr 4 wheel drive, 1996.
Thanks
Andy
Thanks

Horn Fuse
Hi My Granvia 3TD has failed it's MOT on washers and horn not working. It's in the garage at the moment so I don't have my handbook to hand. Does anyone know if the horn and washers are on the same fuse? I can see in other posts Fuse number 2 is washers but cannot see the fuse listed for the horn. T...

Electric Front Seat Broken
Hi The mechanism on my electric front seat is no longer working. Only one side is working so when it's adjusted, the seat just twists, and as my daughter moved the seat fully forward (which appears to have caused this) it's now a little cramped getting into the drivers seat. I can manually adjust it...

Re: Battery Size
I don't have a solution yet to the flat battery syndrome but I have discovered a big drain on my Granvia from the radio circuit. I fitted a device called Battery Brain which is meant to cut the battery when it drops below a certain voltage leaving enough grunt in the battery to start the engine. I'm...

Re: Insurance Firms
I have a Granvia campervan conversion. I have been working my way through the companies listed with the following results. NFU Mutual would not insure the vehicle as I did not have an existing policy with them. Aviva don't insure campervans. I was insured through the caravan club but now need (occas...

Proximity Sensor
Hi
Does anyone know how to remove a proximity sensor? The rear nearside one is not working and wondered how easy it is to replace.
Cheers

Re: Intermittent non-starting!
Hi Andy I use ADS for my Granvia. They are Bongo specialists but seem to know what they are talking about with Granvias as well.......unless they are the original mechanics you used  http://www.bongospecialists.co.uk/ Mention my name I may get some discount on them fitting me a tow bar :D Andy ...
