Re: Awning + roof rack

We had a 'C' rail fixed to our van by Wellhouse for £60. This allows the beaded strip on our Navigator drive away awning to be slid into it. It's a bit of a ball ache as you have to drive the van forward a bit at a time as you feed the awning into place. There is a figure of eight fixing available f...

Re: Granvia needs a good service/health check

Hi,

Our Granny has developed a simialr sqeak coming from the front (possibly suspension). Did you ever get your sorted, I'd be interested to know if you found the source of the sqeak.

Cheers

Squeaky Suspension

My Granvia has developed a very annoying squeak. It appears to be coming from the front suspension and can be heard inside the vehicle when driving. It eases off when going up hill but soon returns on the flat.

Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what it might be?

Cheers

Maximum Nose Weight

I'd like to attach a 5 bike carrier on towbar of my Granvia but need to know the maximum nose weight of the vehicle. Does anyone know what this is? I found a site on t'internet which specs the HiAce van with a max weight of 80kg.

Re: New Tow bar - What is Max Towing Weight?

Does anyone have any experience of the maximum nose weight on a Granvia? I want to fit a MaxxRaxx 5 bike carrier on the towbar and it needs a 100kg nose weight. The HiAce apparently has a nose weight of 80kg. I guess it's likely the Granvia is the same???

Spoke to Wellhouse Leisure. They can fit an awning rail which will accomodtae the strip on my awning. So no worries there.

Re: CHEAP AWNINGS

Hi Northernlad, I'd be interested to know how you attach your awning. We've just got our awning. A second hand Navigator. It has a reimo strip to attach to the van but I can't see how this would work with the reimo rail once we get an elevating roof put on. I'm thinking of buying some suction pads, ...
