There is no fuse location in the Granvia documentation* which controls the windows or the moon roof. Forum users have reported that there is a 10A fuse near the air conditioning controls in the roof of the rear passenger compartment.
However, if you are having problems opening the moon roof, there may be a problem other than a blown fuse: the "window lock" switch on the driver's door may be engaged; the moon roof may be stuck due to perished seals or the controls/relays have locked and need to be reset by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting. See here: http://www.toyota-granvia.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=1970 and http://www.toyota-granvia.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=873
Try doing a search of all the forum postings asking for "moon roof".
* a problem has occurred with Cosmicma's original posting from 2010 of the Granvia fuse box located below the steering wheel (http://www.toyota-granvia.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=841) - we'll try to get the image of the fuse box restored.
