Im planing to fit a second battery to my 2wd 95' granvia with a split charge system for camping
I notice there is a fair bit of space near the existing battery, presumably the 4x4 granvias second battery goes here. Do any 4x4 owners think the battery tray could be transplanted to a 2wd or is it all welded up?
Would be ideal to keep the 2nd battery under the bonnet rather than taking up space inside
I can fine any pics under the bonnet of a 4x4 so have no idea how its all arranged, any input would be appreciated

I have 2 4x4 vans and neither have had double batteries, they don't have room either.

i must have halucinated it?!

The normal Granvia has only one battery but if it is fitted with the "cold climate" option pack it will have two batteries.

goodday mate , saw your queery regards second battery under bonnet. this can be done if you relocate the washer reservoir and make a new base plate. you should be able to fit a 115 amp deep cycle battery. personally i have just extended the battery feed to my battery which simply sits on the floor in a battery box wired up the take adaptors for fridge .computer.lights ect. since i only use the van on weekends this suits my needs.
